时光荏苒，转眼间，成为西电人已有十个年头。十年来，公司取得了多少丰硕成果，百万大厂已圆梦，体制改革入人心，项项荣誉迷人眼。十年来，我对她也产生了一种难以割舍的感情。因为我正是在大唐不断的健康发展的过程中逐渐成长起来的，我所迈出的每一步都与她息息相连，这个大家庭给了我很大的支持和帮助。十年里，我曾经有过迷茫，有过喜悦，有过失败，也有过成功……最终我明白：在这个世界上，做任何一件事情，都当以“用心营造”的态度，全力以赴的去追求“务实和谐，同心跨越”的完美境界。

冬季，如果人在茫茫雪地上行走半天，就会有患雪盲症的危险。令人费解的是，即便你戴上墨镜，挡住阳光在雪地上的强烈反光，仍不可避免地要患上雪盲症。
20世纪80年代，科学家才把谜底揭开，原先雪盲症并非是因为雪地上的强烈反光，而是因为雪地上空无一物的视界所造成。
研究证明，人的眼睛，原先是需要从一个落点到另一个落点的不断转换，如果在必须的时间里找不到一个能够参照的落点，它就会因为焦虑、疲劳和迷茫而失明。事实证明眼睛总要看到什么才行。
而人的心和眼睛一样，需要不断找到落点。有目标才有前进的动力。
阿诺德·施瓦辛格，一位了不起的成功人士，他的成功没有背景。“走最好的路，设定最顶级的目标”早已深深植根于他的脑海。
从小，他就有梦：1、成为世界顶级健美冠军;2、成为出色的学者型商人;3、成为世界著名的电影明星;4、成为肯尼迪家的女婿;5、成为美国加州州长。他说过：“没有你办不到的事情，只要付出足够的努力!”而阿诺德努力的动力正是那一个个远大的目标，因为心里有落点，所以从来不曾放弃，哪怕付出再多的汗水。最终有一天，他把梦想变成现实。当他成功到达5个无限完美的目的地后，他没有停下脚步，他的心又有了新的落点——成为美国总统。
我想，心中有落点是阿诺德成功的最重要原因吧。就算出生于奥地利这一事实，会成为他竞选总统的最大障碍(美国宪法规定，仅有在美国出生的公民才有资格参加总统竞选)他依然在努力，“为什么不呢?!我一贯的思维方式就是要爬上最高的山峰!”
许多人在命运的转换中，之所以会感到焦虑与不适，皆因为内心的空乏和茫然。一颗心，永远都是要挂在某个目标上的。
