10月29日，我有幸参加了在x举行的x市小学英语教学研讨会，认真聆听了6位老师的英语示范课，他们扎实的基本功，流利的口语，精彩的教学设计给我留下了很深刻的印象。第一节是来自瀍河区的x老师带来的《We mustn't cross the street now。》作为作课教师中的唯一的一位男教师，姚老师的表现让我忍不住为他点赞！他精心为学生创设情境，让学生明白规则无处不在，无论何时何地都要遵守规则。第二节是洛龙区一小的马阿砾斯老师带来的《What are you going to do tomorrow？》马老师的课堂中令我印象最深的就是keywords的寻找，她不厌其烦地引导学生理解并找出keywords，最后写作教学的引入更是画龙点睛之笔，告诉我们英语教学中写作指导的重要性！第三节作课的是来自x区英语学校的xx老师，她带来的是《Is there a library near here？》。x老师的课紧扣生活实际，设计的非常巧妙！x老师的热身环节带领学生说做chant，复习与交通相关的短语，为学习新知做好铺垫！接着她出示x地图，介绍自己及自己所在学校的.位置，又询问学生北二分的位置以及周围是否有图书馆，引导学生既练习了口语又导入了课题，一举两得。在课文学习环节，她带领学生采用多种形式读课文，从读中让学生既感知了课文大意，又培养了听说能力。现场示范指导理解难点end更是巧妙至极！在我看来很难理解的一个词在她的生动形象示范中悄然化解！最后的拓展环节，她利用牌子和词卡为学生模拟真实生活场景，让学生将所学知识运用到生活当中，并告诉学生在不知道路的情况下如何做才能化险为夷？对学生的阅读教育，真可谓是以学生为本，从内心关注学生！第四节课是来自高新区的x静老师，她才工作两年，但对教材的整体把握和驾驭能力让我从心底佩服！第五节是来自伊川的黄秀琴老师，她讲的是《He can't see》，虽然这一节课我也讲过，但她给我呈现了不一样的导入，更精彩的重难点突破方法，让我耳目一新！最后一节是来自芳林路小学的x晓菲老师带来的《It will be sunny this Sunday》。课堂上面对学生不会的情况下，她的沉稳和对待学生的耐心非常值得我们学习。通过这次听课，我开阔了眼界，看到了自己与市优质课的差距。在以后的教学中，我要从以下方面努力：
一、认真研读课标，课内外注重学生听说和写作能力的训练与培养！
二、努力为学生营造英语学习氛围，培养学生学英语的兴趣！

如何提高小学英语课堂教学效率，我认为最重要的就是培养学生学习英语的兴趣，学生有了兴趣才能做课堂真正的主人，只有学生积极主动地参与课堂，才能使课堂活起来、动起来，学生在轻松的氛围下接受知识，才能体现高效课堂。我在英语课堂中认识到，农村孩子学英语困难，主要是因为刚开始对英语很好奇，但由于课时量少，平时接触的更少，仅凭几节英语课来学习并消化知识，时间长了对学的知识不能保证熟练的操练，因此学生消化不了就慢慢没有了兴趣。那如何构建英语高效课堂，我主要从以下几方面入手：
一、充分利用课前3分钟，唤起学生注意
长期的教育教学实践让我充分地感觉到，一节课开始的最初几分钟是学生注意力极不稳定的时候，多数学生的心理仍处于上节课或课间活动的兴奋中。因此，为了让学生尽快地进入到英语学习的氛围中来，一般情况下，我都会提前几分钟进教室，和学生们一起“活动”起来。如：每天必有的值日生汇报制，要求值日生用英语作自我介绍、表达自己的.喜好；简单介绍家人、朋友或班级情况等等，鼓励学生大胆地用所学英语进行实际的交际活动。同时，结合本课时要学习的新课内容组织学生唱唱英语歌曲，讲讲英文小故事，说说英语绕口令，表演英语情景剧等内容丰富，形式多样的活动。这样不仅将学生分散的注意力集中起来，也为每个学生提供了参与运用英语的机会，既加强了他们的口语运用，也进行了听力训练，使学生整体听说能力得以提高。
二、积极为学生提供自主学习的时间和空间
新课程标准要求树立“以学定教，当堂训练”的课堂教学理念，倡导实施“先学后教，精讲精练”的课堂教学模式，坚持以充分调动学生的学习积极性、充分发挥学生的主体作用、培养学生的自学能力为主要任务，这也是构建有效课堂、高效课堂的主要目标。自主学习是听课前的一种预备工作，其着眼点是为学生自己“更好地学”，为教师“更顺利地引导”，为真正实现课堂的有效、高效打下基础。
以往的教学中，我一直认为作为城乡结合的学生，没办法进行课前的自主学习即预习，同时也认为小学英语很简单，没必要进行预习。但随着对新课改思想和理念的进一步领会和理解，我觉得要实现高效课堂，促进教学发展，培养学生主体意识和能力，真正体现教师主导，学生主体作用，科学的预习必不可少的，同时通过预习也为学生的自主学习提供了时间和空间。教学是教师与学生的双边活动，课堂效率的提高需要教师与学生的共同努力，而课前预习恰好可以充分调动教师和学生的积极性。当然，教师布置的预习问题要有很强的针对性，并要充分考虑学生的实际情况，既不能太难也不能太简单。这就需要我们教师在布置学生进行课前预习前，自己先要做精心的准备，要对新课内容有充分认识，预习题目要精心准备反复斟酌，以求真正达到预习目的。自主学习使学生扫除了课堂学习的障碍；学生有了学习兴趣；在这个时候学生的各方面就会调整到最佳状态。当一个人的思维状态进入最佳时刻，大脑活跃起来，它就好像一台巨大的吸力器，会把知识源源不断吸收进来，课堂效率就会大大提高。由此可见，课前预习在有效课堂、高效课堂地构建中有着及其重要的作用。
三、合理利用多媒体进行教学
英语教材中内容十分丰富，每个单元都有一首有节奏的歌谣或一首好听的歌曲，学生都喜欢在音乐声中读、唱。因此，在英语教学中，我会合理地运用录音机、多媒体课件等多种现代化教学手段来活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂教学密度，丰富教学内容，增加学生练习的机会，发挥学生主体作用。开拓学生的思路，启发学生思维，培养学生的观察能力，提高理解能力和语言表达能力，使英语教学有声有色、有情有景，从而提高教学效率。
总之，要实施高效的英语课堂，作为教学主导者的教师首先要不断转变自己的教育教学观念，改变自己的教育教学方式，建立起一个民主、和谐、宽松的教育教学氛围。同时要在自己的教育教学实践中不断探索，促使学生主动、有效地参与教学活动。这既是新课改的需要，是素质教育的需要，也是师生共同发展的需要。我认为也只有这样，我们的英语课堂才能走向和谐、高效！

4月2日上午，我们x学区的老师们在武屯小学进行了一次高效课堂课改研讨会，这也是我们新教师上岗后在学区进行的第二次教研活动，这次活动对我的帮助很大，让我又一次理解了24字教学模式的真正含义，让我明白了如何上一堂高效的、学生愿意听的课。
给我留下深刻印象的是x老师的五年级语文课。这是我第二次听x老师的课，刚一上课，她的语气和抑扬顿挫的声调就让我感觉精神振奋，一下子就提起了劲儿。她上的是《体育课》，一开始，x老师组织了课堂听写活动，不仅让学生复习了汉字，还在不知不觉中引入了本课的文章大意——又瘦弱又驼背的涅利爬横木。导入十分流畅自然，也不会让人感觉很突然。之后，x老师用小组互动、分角色朗读等多种方式把一节课上的激情澎湃，学生积极性也很高，丝毫不觉得时间过得慢，反而在下课时还有点依依不舍，我想这就是x老师的课堂带给我们的魅力吧。
示范课展示完后，我们进行了评课和研讨活动，老师们都提出了很多宝贵的意见和建议。伊滨区主抓课改的x老师告诉我们：上好一堂高校课一定要抓好切入点，把导学案上的问题整合，让问题更加巧妙，有利于抛出矛盾，激发学生思考和小组讨论；作为老师，要在备课上下功夫，真正吃透课本，预设学生可能出现的情况。高效课堂上要做到学生“三真”和老师“三真”，把课堂还给学生，关注每一个学生，才能让学生有所发展，有所进步。
听完x老师的话，我也有所感悟，为什么我的课堂上会有学生说话、走神、乱说乱动的现象，还是我没有抓住学生的心理，对学困生有些忽视，才导致让他们在课堂上无从下手，甚至无事可做。所以在设置习题的时候，我要根据不同层次的学生，设置难易适中的练习题，让每一个学生都能学会思考，“跳一跳摘个桃”，激励他们大胆发言，让他们在课堂上获得自信和成功的乐趣。说到对学困生的帮助，就不得不提小组捆绑式评价，我们四年级也在持续进行着，每当学困生有不会的.知识时，我会让好学生来帮助他们完成，并对已经学会的学困生和好学生同时给予奖励分，增强学困生的自信心，也激发好学生乐于助人的品质，岂不一举两得！
