3月9日上午，郑开国际马拉松赛组委会于郑州轻工业学院进行了2013特步中国郑开国际马拉松赛社会志愿者面试。

整个面试过程分为自我介绍、现场问答等环节。面试开始时，候选者简单叙述个人经历，阐述对志愿者精神的理解，并强调个人特长和优势。针对郑开马拉松赛对社会志愿者的要求，评委从使命感、志愿服务特点等方面提出具体问题。问题涵盖郑开马拉松基本常识、面对突发事件如何解决、如何成为优秀的志愿者等方面。

一位来自某国企的在职职员说，自己以前就多次参加扶贫、支教等活动。这次想到来参加郑开马拉松社会志愿者的选拔，一方面也是想锻炼自己，另一方面则是想通过参加活动可以帮助他人：“每次帮助别人都让我觉得很快乐。”

“答题要有逻辑层次性；要注重答题的辩证性，要注重辩证看待；对于组织性的题目，可以先阐述对于组织活动的重要性，再按操作程序答题会使答案比较丰满……”面对着前来进行面试的志愿者，本次面试的主考官之一的姚竞聪认真点评指导着。

来自黄河科技学院的外教Ben和Alden作为外语志愿者的选拔评委对此次的选拔给予了高度评价。Ben和Alden都参加过郑开马拉松5公里小马拉松的比赛，而Ben今年还要参加郑开马拉松半程的比赛。Alden说，希望这次的`外语志愿者可以把中国文化分享到全世界。

对于中原工学院大四学生姬进来说，过去三年的马拉松志愿服务中走过的每一步，都在他的人生中留下了深深烙印。从上大学开始，姬进和他的同学就积极投身郑开马拉松的志愿服务工作中，四年来从未间断。姬进说，在河南像他这样的郑开马拉松志愿者有很多，他们都在用自己的行动践行着“我青春、我志愿、我奉献”的响亮口号：“当志愿者绝不能心血来潮，一定要考虑清楚自己能够做些什么。因为志愿者不仅是在做一些事情，更是在传递一种信念、一种爱心，必须要对‘志愿者’这三个字，以及自己所服务的群体负责。”

2月25日至3月3日期间，郑开马拉松组委会工作人员对此次社会志愿者的报名人员进行了信息审核及初选工作。经过层层审核，选出近300名志愿者候选人参与了此次面试。最终结果将于近日公布。

My name is Matt and I was born in July,1993. Now I am a junior student in DUT， majoring in finance. Comparatively speaking, my major background is more corresponding to the Summer Davos forum, So I think this is one of my competitive advantages.
